- Usually yes — ask when you schedule so we plan time on site.
- Do you drain the pool?
- Pool inspections are generally visual/operational within normal access; we don’t perform invasive demolition. We’ll explain limits on site.
- Is this a county code inspection?
- No. This is a private inspection for your decision-making (and sometimes negotiation), not a substitute for permitting or municipal code enforcement.
