Jason and Sarah Hebert run Inspected as a local, family-operated company. Jason handles inspections with a simple standard: the quality of an inspection depends on the inspector’s effort, and we give it our all. We’ve been inspecting homes in this market since 2007, with a focus on residential property and a buyer-advocate mindset — we work for you, not the sale. Sarah handles scheduling and client communication, so you always have a real person to reach at 727-291-3322.

Careful on-site evaluation and a report you can act on — typically within 24–48 hours. When Florida insurance paperwork is part of the deal, we can often coordinate full inspection, 4-point, and wind mitigation. Contact us to talk through timing.

Headquartered at 6355 23rd Lane N, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. We inspect in St. Petersburg, Tampa, Clearwater, Brandon, Lakeland, and surrounding communities across Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Hernando, and Manatee counties. Hours: Mon – Fri: 8AM – 8PM.
